Abstract: The Department of State Division of Public Information Meeting Minutes consists of minutes of boards, commissions, committee and subcommittees established by statutory authority.

Scope and Content: The Department of State Division of Public Information Meeting were filed in paper format from 1967-July 2004 w/gaps and finding aid, produced by the Office of Public Information and includes minutes of boards, commissions, committee and subcommittees established by statutory authority. Minutes are arranged alphabetically by committee name and chronologically by meeting date therein.<br />Minutes may include agendas, meeting schedules and copies of decisions. Accession 2005-53 is comprised of decisions of the Fire Safety Code Board of Appeal and Review from 1992 through June 5, 2002. After that date, decisions are attached to their respective minutes and agendas. It is possible that there is some overlap of 2001-2002 decisions between accession 2005-52 and 2005-53.
