Scope and Content: Record of Rhode Island units engaged in United States service (1814 - 1815) consisting of the Rhode Island State Corps, Company of Infantry commanding by Captain Adam S. Coe, Artillery Company of Captain John Wood, the Scituate Light Infantry, elements of the 1st &10 Regiments commanded by Colonel Isaac S. Stall, comprising detached companies from Middletown, Portsmouth &Tiverton as well as elements of the 3rd Brigade, 3rd Regiment of State Militia commanded by Brigadier General Joseph Stanton Jr. comprised of the Hopkinton Rangers & companies detached from Charlestown & Westerly. Includes muster & company pay rolls, bounty receipts, provision & subsistence returns, bills for billeting soldiers, transportation & ammunition, General Assembly resolutions, correspondence, commissions granted, claims against the State, payment receipts & accounts with United States
